Not retrieving a transaction
When they do not accept USD, why the allowed the transaction to be proceeded at the first place. That’s a way to steal it right?
The transaction hasn’t shown in my wallet. I contacted the help service after 24 hours, first they replied your transaction was less than an amount allowed in the platform.
I replied they are mistaken as it was around $185. Again it took them more than 10 hours to reply that because the transaction was from USD to bitcoins it is impossible to retrieve the transaction and add on to that I should be more careful next time.
